摘要
电动汽车本身具有普通交通工具及电力负荷两方面的特征,其交通管理办法应与其他交通工具有一定的差别,在对其进行规划管理的过程中,应融入电力协调规划的相关理念,并充分结合城市电动汽车充电设备的智能化应用水平,设计出合理的智能城市交通规划方案。文章从方便分布式电源就地消纳,方便电源调度,提高经济效益几个方面探讨了电动汽车普及对城市智能化规划的意义。
The electric vehicles themselves have the characteristics of ordinary means of transportation and electric load, their trafficmanagement methods should be connected with other traffic. There are certain differences in the tools. In the process of planning andmanagement, the relevant concepts of power coordination planning should be integrated, and the intelligent urban traffic planning schemeshould be designed based on the intelligent application level of the electric vehicle charging equipment in the city. This paper discusses thesignificance of popularization of electric vehicles to urban intelligent planning from several aspects, such as convenient local absorption ofdistributed power supply, convenient power supply dispatching and increasing economic benefits.
