Strengthen the Top-level Design to Systematically Promote the Construction of Smart Campus

文章以首都师范大学智慧校园建设为例,系统阐述了从建设现状与需求出发,如何从顶层设计架构来规划和推进学校智慧校园建设工作,并具体以首都师范大学"6A6C智慧校园"设计来系统推进学校的智慧校园建设试点和实践,最后,总结分析了创新实践的经验思考。提出的智慧教育与智慧校园顶层设计系统架构和推进策略,将对高校智慧校园从创新统筹、标准规范、以评促建等角度开启新的思路。

Based on the construction wisdom of smart campus of Capital Normal University（shorted as CNU）, the article systematicallypresents the present situation and demands of CNU, and how to plan and promote the whole construction from top-level design. As theconnotation of top-level design, “6A6C Smart Campus” of CNU, has been put into practice to systematically promote the smart campuspilot and construction of CNU. In the end, the experience of the innovation practice were analyzed and summarized. The top-level designand promoting policies of smart education and smart campus which the paper has proposed, will open up a new way for the universitysmart campus construction from the perspectives of innovation, systematically, standard specification and promoting development throughevaluation.
