摘要 钨钍电极广泛用于钨极氩弧焊,本文采用La-Ce-Y替代具有放射性的钍元素,通过等静压成型、高温烧结制备了三元复合稀土钨合金。研究结果表明,稀土元素以氧化物形式分布在钨晶界,加工成电极后,起弧性能和起弧稳定性与钨钍电极相当,抗烧损性能大幅优于钨钍电极。 Tungsten-thorium electrode is widely used in argon tungsten arc welding. In this paper,La-Ce-Y is used to replace the radioactive thorium element,and ternary composite rare earth tungsten alloy is prepared by isostatic pressing and high temperature sintering. The results show that the rare earth elements are distributed in the tungsten grain boundary in the form of oxides. After the electrode is fabricated,the arc initiation performance and arc initiation stability are similar to those of the tungsten-thorium electrode,and the anti-burning performance is much better than that of the tungsten-thorium electrode.
