摘要
拜耳法具有流程简单,产品质量好以及能耗低的优点是目前最主要的氧化铝工业生产方法,随着当前能源价格的不断升高,企业的节能降耗也就更为迫切,拜耳法生产中能耗大约占产品总成本的20%~30%,本文结合拜耳法生产流程介绍了各个生产工序如何进行调整控制以进一步降低能耗。
Bayer process has the advantages of simple process, good product quality and low energy consumption. as the current energy price continues to rise, the energy conservation and consumption reduction of enterprises are even more urgent. the energy consumption in Bayer process is about 20 % -30 % of the total product cost. based on Bayer process, this paper introduces how to adjust and control various production processes to further reduce energy consumption.
