Retrofit design of Filter in alumina calciner

随着国家和地方对炉窑烟气排放的新要求,原有生产氧化铝过程中焙烧炉产生大量的含尘烟气排放已经不能达到环保要求。通过对焙烧炉收尘系统的改造,包括除尘器设备对比、选型以及改造后设备的运行、达标情况进行了详细论述。

The exhaust gas with dust from the alumina calciner during the production of alumina has not meet the environmental requirements,due to the new environmental policies of the national and local governments. With the improvements of the bag filter,dust content in the exhaust gas has been meet the environmental requirements. The comparison and design of the equipment as well as the operation during production is also narrated in the thesis.
