上向扇形深孔采矿试验成果

摘要 针对某矿体赋存条件,矿体倾角为缓倾斜至倾斜,厚度10m~30m,一直采用有底部结构垂直扇形中深孔分段崩落嗣后废石、尾砂充填采矿法。中深孔孔深在15米以内,矿体厚度超过10米时需布置两个凿岩水平,造成采切工程增加,采场建设周期加长,是困扰矿山生产发展的瓶颈。本文通过对深孔采矿试验数据及技术指标进行研究分析,旨在不断总结摸索出一套真正实用于某矿深部矿体开采的采矿方法。 In view of the occurrence condition of an orebody, the dip angle of the orebody is gently inclined to incline, the thickness is 10 m - 30 m, and the method of filling with waste rock and tailings after sublevel caving with vertical fan-shaped middle-deep hole with bottom structure has been adopted. Two drilling levels should be arranged when the depth of the middle and deep holes is less than 15 meters and the orebody thickness is more than 10 meters, which results in the increase of mining and cutting engineering and the lengthening of stope construction cycle. This is the bottleneck of the development of mine production. Through the study and analysis of the test data and technical indicators of deep hole mining, this paper aims to find out a set of mining methods which are really applicable to the mining of deep orebody in a mine.
