新型电解铜箔表面锌镍复合镀处理工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 传统电解铜箔表面材质大多使用镀锌,整体稳定性效果较差。对此通过对比实验,研究了新型电机铜箔表面锌镍复合镀处理工艺和传统镀锌电解铜箔之间的差异,分析了新型电解铜箔表面锌镍复合镀处理工艺的优势性,实验证明,锌镍复合镀可以有效提高电解铜箔表面的稳定性,具有更强的抗腐蚀性,且电解铜箔表面外观也具有一定改善。 The surface materials of traditional electrolytic copper foil are mostly galvanized, and the overall stability effect is poor. By contrast experiments, the difference between the zinc nickel composite plating process and the traditional galvanized copper foil on the surface of the copper foil is studied. The advantages of the zinc nickel composite plating process on the surface of the new electrolytic copper foil are analyzed. The experiment proves that the zinc nickel composite plating can effectively improve the stability of the surface of the electrolytic copper foil. Strong corrosion resistance, and the appearance of electrolytic copper foil surface has also been improved.
