摘要
有色冶炼的快速发展推动着我国冶炼技术装备自主研发的发展,设备的简约化、大型化、智能化的发展为高效冶炼与安全生产提供了保障。我国有色金属冶炼的各类设备,通过引进、消化吸收国外先进技术,通过自主研发取得了长足进步。国产冶炼设备逐步在全行业推广,逐步取代着进口冶炼设备,较进口设备,国产设备具有低投入、低成本的维护,性能却不亚于进口设备。
Guixi smelter has successfully improved the imported M28 disc casting machine drive system. SIEMENS S120 inverter has been used to replace the Emerson inverter witch was technology blockade. To control the Velocity Curve for Elevator,MC200 positioning device was replaced by DCC. The casting machine drive system is operated in vector transducer mode to control the speed loop,which breaks the foreign technology monopoly,makes the Disc run more smoothly,and also reduces the failure rate. More over,it speeds up the whole system. Eventually the system casting has been speeded up from 85 tons/hour up to 105 tons/hour. And because of that it will save heavy oil and electricity more than $one million a year.
