摘要 "TRIZ"是"发明问题解决理论",某冶炼公司通过TRIZ培训以解决实际生产中的工程问题。其中有"解决制酸烟气管道存在的酸沫沉积腐蚀漏烟问题"工程课题,主要应用了TRIZ的技术矛盾解决理论。通过分析,提炼出"强度"和"生产率"的技术矛盾,然后利用矛盾矩阵找出了4种发明原理,根据发明原理得出了6项设计方案,通过方案评价,最终得到了较为理想的制酸烟气管道防腐蚀设计方案。 "TRIZ" is "the theory of inventive problem solving", a smelting company through TRIZ training to solve the actual production of Engineering problems. Among them, "the project of solving the problem of acid deposition corrosion and smoke leakage in the acid making flue gas pipeline" is mainly applied to solve the problem of TRIZ technology. Through the analysis, the technical contradiction to extract the "strength" and "productivity", and then find out the 4 kinds of invention using the principle of contradiction matrix, according to the principle that the invention of 6 design schemes, the scheme evaluation, finally get the design scheme of corrosion of acid gas pipeline is an ideal anti.
