摘要
本文分析了铝电解预焙槽生产过程中阳极钢爪侵蚀的原因,介绍了某铝厂防止阳极钢爪被侵蚀的几种方法。对采用炭素保护环、氧化铝保护环、铝灰环与不进行保护四种情况下的阳极钢爪氧化侵蚀情况进行了数据采集和对比分析。
The reasons for corrosion of anode steel claw in the process of aluminum electrolytic prebaked cell production are analyzed. Several methods to prevent the corrosion of anode steel claw from erosion are introduced. The oxidation erosion of anode steel claw under four conditions of carbon protection ring, alumina protection ring, aluminum ash ring and non protection was collected and analyzed.
