摘要
在地质岩芯钻探生产实践中,跟管解卡是一种常用的解卡方式。在坚硬完整地层中一般会使用孕镶金刚石跟管钻头来进行跟管解卡作业,但在作业时容易出现崩钻现象,致使解卡作业进度缓慢,甚至彻底失败。本文分析了此类崩钻的原因,同时提出了对跟管钻头的一种改进方法,并在云南某矿区加以应用,取得了良好的效果。
In the production practice of geological core drilling, pipe-following unlocking is a common method. In hard and intact formation, impregnated diamond pipe-following bit is usually used for pipe-following unloading, but drilling collapse often occurs during operation, resulting in slow progress and even complete failure of the unloading operation. This paper analyzes the causes of this kind of caving drilling, and puts forward an improved method of pipe-following bit, which has been applied in a mining area of Yunnan Province and achieved good results.
