摘要
本文主要针对钨钼合金进行超声检测,并结合检测的波形而做出具体分析,然后结合钨钼合金所出的解剖情况而探究SEM与EDS之间的形貌。通过研究可知,钨钼合金经过超声检测之后可以判定其中的类别以及定位缺陷。
In this paper, the ultrasonic testing of tungsten-molybdenum alloy was carried out and the specific waveforms were analyzed. Then the morphology between the SEM and EDS was explored based on the anatomy of the tungstenmolybdenum alloy. Through the study we can see, tungsten-molybdenum alloy after ultrasonic testing which can determine the type and positioning defects.
