摘要
随着我国工业化水平的不断提高,这也就导致工厂的机械设备的规模在逐渐加大,从而导致一旦机械设备发生故障问题,其检测会很麻烦,不仅检测步骤复杂,成本还高。针对这一情况,金属材料超声探伤仪应运而生。金属材料超声探伤仪的出现不仅提高检测准确性,还节约了大量的检测成本。本次研究主要针对该仪器的辅助功能进行分析,以期促进金属材料无损检测的发展。
With the continuous improvement of industrialization level in China, the scale of machinery and equipment in factories is gradually increasing, which leads to troublesome detection once mechanical equipment fails, not only the detection steps are complex, but also the cost is high. In view of this situation, metal material ultrasonic flaw detector came into being. The appearance of metal material ultrasonic flaw detector not only improves the detection accuracy, but also saves a lot of detection costs. This research mainly analyzes the auxiliary function of the instrument, in order to promote the development of nondestructive testing of metal materials.
