On the basis of the systematic and comprehensive physical and chemical test of the broken crankshaft,this paper makes a thorough analysis and Research on the cause of the fracture,and puts forward some measures to prevent the fracture of the crankshaft,which is of certain reference for the technical personnel engaged in the related work.
