地质矿产勘查工作是一项系统工程,技术手段和工作方法多样,施工循序渐进。本文在分析地勘单位地质矿产勘查项目技术、质量、进度存在问题的基础上,总结地勘项目管理经验,研究项目管理理论和实践成果,探索新形势下地质调查及矿产勘查项目管理方法。对于进一步提高地勘项目质量具有重要现实意义。

Geological and mineral exploration is a systematic project,with various technical means and working methods and gradual construction.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the technology,quality and progress of geological and mineral exploration projects in geological and prospecting units,this paper summarizes the management experience of geological and mineral exploration projects,studies the theoretical and practical results of project management,and explores the management methods of geological survey and mineral exploration projects under the new situation.It has important practical significance to further improve the quality of geological prospecting projects.
