摘要
介绍了固定阳极炉工艺的环保现状,分析了面临的严峻形势。探讨了阳极炉污染物排放达标的改进方向,提出了先进燃烧技术、掺氮还原等源头控制措施,介绍了烟气急冷、布袋除尘、尾气脱硫等烟气治理措施及运行效果。
The present situation of environmental protection in the process of fixed anode furnace is introduced, and the severe situation faced is analyzed. The improvement direction of pollutant discharge from anode furnace is discussed. The advanced combustion technology, nitrogen reduction and other source control measures are put forward. The flue gas treatment measures such as fast cooling of flue gas, bag dust removal and tail gas desulfurization are introduced.
