摘要
工业自动化与智能化是我国传统铝电解行业向世界领先水平迈进的又一战略需求。随着槽控机、多功能天车、阳极生产与组装等机械化和自动化的广泛应用,大型铝电解企业的发展方向转向了综合性能及智能化的提高。本文就近几年来,研究者们在多功能机组优化控制、多物理场在线监测与槽况诊断等机械自动化和诊断智能化领域所进行的研究与发展进行概述,提出其在我国铝电解行业新工业革命中的重大意义。
Industrial automation and intelligence is another strategic requirement for China's traditional aluminum electrolysis industry to advance to the world's leading level. With the wide application of mechanization and automation such as trough control computer, multifunctional crane, anode production and assembly, the development direction of largescale aluminum electrolysis enterprises has turned to the improvement of comprehensive performance and intelligence. In this paper, the research and development in the field of mechanical automation and intelligent diagnosis, such as multi-function unit optimization control, multi-physical field on-line monitoring and groove condition diagnosis, are summarized, and its significance in the new industrial revolution of aluminum electrolysis industry in China is put forward.
