亿欣矿业顶板坚硬,在开采过程中顶板压力大,周期来压对支架有冲击现象,顶板不易垮落,初采期间顶板产生大面积垮落,给安全生产带来很大隐患。在初采期间进行架前爆破、深孔爆破双重弱化坚硬顶板技术,改变顶板矿石的物理力学参数,达到减弱顶板来压时压力和强度的目的。炸药在矿体中爆破时,主要形成破碎区和裂隙区和震动区。弱化坚硬顶板,主要利用破碎区和裂隙区形成的弱面、空腔、裂隙等使顶板弱化。
