摘要
亿欣矿业顶板坚硬,在开采过程中顶板压力大,周期来压对支架有冲击现象,顶板不易垮落,初采期间顶板产生大面积垮落,给安全生产带来很大隐患。在初采期间进行架前爆破、深孔爆破双重弱化坚硬顶板技术,改变顶板矿石的物理力学参数,达到减弱顶板来压时压力和强度的目的。炸药在矿体中爆破时,主要形成破碎区和裂隙区和震动区。弱化坚硬顶板,主要利用破碎区和裂隙区形成的弱面、空腔、裂隙等使顶板弱化。
The roof of yaxin mining industry is hard,and in the process of mining,the roof pressure is high,and the periodic pressure has impact on the supports.The roof is not easy to collapse,and a large area of roof collapse occurs during the initial mining period,which brings great risks to the safety of production.In the initial mining period,the technique of double weakening hard roof with front blasting and deep hole blasting was carried out,and the physical and mechanical parameters of roof ore were changed to reduce the pressure and strength of roof when it came to pressure.When the explosive is exploded in ore body,the fracture zone,fracture zone and vibration zone are mainly formed.The hard roof is weakened mainly by the weak surface,cavity and crack formed in the fracture zone and fracture zone.
