摘要
在进行铝材料冶炼时,最重要的就是有氧制度的应用。电石脱氧的技术提高了铝材料冶炼的效率,降低了生产成本,为此研究电石脱氧冶炼铝材料的应用。电石脱氧是通过产生的脱氧产物转化为一种气体,在冶炼铝材料时,不会留下多余的残渣在剩余的钢水中,造成钢水污染。针对电石脱氧的冶炼方法进行实验分析,通过实验得出结论。根据不同温度下的转炉中和钢水的残留物,对比电石脱氧和活跃脱氧的冶炼效果。
In the course of smelting aluminum materials,the most important thing is the application of aerobic system.The technology of calcium carbide deoxidization improves the efficiency of aluminum smelting and reduces the production cost.Carbide deoxidization is converted into a kind of gas by the deoxidized products produced.When smelting aluminum material,no surplus residue will be left in the remaining molten steel,resulting in molten steel pollution.The smelting method of calcium carbide deoxidation is experimentally analyzed and the conclusion is drawn through experiments.According to the residues of converter and molten steel at different temperatures,the smelting effects of calcium carbide deoxidation and active deoxidation were compared.
