摘要 本文研究了氢氧化镁用于沉淀离子型稀土矿浸出液,重点考察了沉淀时间、沉淀剂用量及搅拌速度对稀土沉淀率的影响。结果表明,氢氧化镁作为无氨沉淀剂沉淀效果较好,在25℃下,最佳工艺条件:沉淀时间为4h,氢氧化镁用量为理论值的140%,搅拌速度为200rpm。 In this paper, the leaching liquid of ionic rare earth ore precipitated with magnesium hydroxide was studied, The effecting factors, such as precipitation time, dosage of precipitant, stirring speed were observed. As a result, magnesium hydroxide as an ammonia-free precipitator has a good effect, Under 25 ℃, the optimum conditions obtained were that precipitation time was 4 h, dosage of precipitant was 140% of the theoretical value, stirring speed was 200 rpm.
