摘要
在对金属材料质量进行检测以及评定的过程中,金属力学性能试验属于一种非常重要的检测方法,在现有的力学性能试验方法中,拉伸试验有着非常广泛的推广和使用。在对金属材料进行研制以及生产的过程中,拉伸试验指标是一项非常重要的测试项目,其拉伸性能在一定程度上主要是受到材料本身性质以及组织结构等方面的影响,当拉伸试验条件不同的情况下,即便是相同的材料最终所得出的结果也会存在一定的差异,而金属材料的拉伸试验结果主要是受到拉伸速度、测量仪器、设备以及人员操作等方面的影响。本文主要针对金属材料拉伸试验的影响因素进行了深入的分析,并结合实际情况提出了一些有效的操作要求,希望能为相关人员提供合理的参考依据。
In the process of testing and evaluating the quality of metal materials,the metal mechanical properties test is a very important test method,in the existing mechanical properties test methods,tensile test has a very wide range of promotion and use.Tensile test index is a very important test item in the development and production of metal materials.The tensile properties of metal materials are mainly affected by the properties and microstructure of the materials.When the conditions of tensile test are different,even the same materials are finally obtained.The tensile test results of metal materials are mainly affected by tensile speed,measuring instruments,equipment and personnel operation.In this paper,the main factors affecting the tensile test of metal materials were analyzed in depth,and combined with the actual situation put forward some effective operational requirements,hoping to provide a reasonable reference for the relevant personnel.
