摘要
对东南沿海某地区的建筑类企业进行BIM技术应用的人才需求进行调研,分别调研了建筑类企业对BIM技术的了解程度、人才的需求状况、相关培训学习需求及应用实施过程中存在问题五个内容,调研结果表明高等院校建筑类专业开设相关课程的必要性和迫切性,并可为BIM技术人才培养方式做指导。
The paper investigates needs for BIM technology applied to the construction enterprises in the southeast coastal areas. It focuses on five aspects of the construction enterprises＇ understanding of BIM technology,the needs of talents,the related training and learning needs and the problems in the application process. The survey results show that it is urgent to set up relevant courses and the training mode of BIM technical personnel for architectural majors.
