PBL教学法对全科医生自主学习能力的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨以问题为基础的学习(Problem Based Learning,PBL)对全科医生自主学习能力的影响。方法以2013—2015年3年间参加全科医生培训的学员为研究对象,按照自愿原则,把每年的学员随机分为实验组(n=50)及对照组(n=50)。对照组采用传统教学方法,实验组应用PBL教学方法。结果与对照组相比,实验组学员自我学习动机、学习任务分解能力、学习自我能动性及自我评价大部分条目得分更高(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学法有助于提升参加全科医生培训学员的自主学习能力。
