生肌创愈膏联合微波照射在促进肛瘘术后创面愈合中的应用效果

Application of Shengji Chuanyu ointment combined with microwave irradiation in promoting wound healing after anal fistula operation

目的探讨生肌创愈膏联合微波照射在促进肛瘘术后创面愈合中的应用价值。方法选取2014年5月～2018年1月于我院行肛瘘手术治疗的80例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组采用红油膏纱条联合微波照射,观察组采用生肌创愈膏纱条联合微波照射治疗,治疗14 d后比较两组患者的创面渗液评分、创面疼痛评分、肛门功能评分、创面肉芽评分情况及临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗后的创面渗液评分、创面疼痛评分、肛门功能评分、创面肉芽评分均低于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的创面渗液评分、创面疼痛评分、肛门功能评分、创面肉芽评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的总有效率(97.50%)高于对照组(77.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生肌创愈膏联合微波照射可促进肛瘘术后创面愈合,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application value of Shengji Chuangyu ointment combined with microwave irradia- tion in promoting wound healing after anal fistula operation. Methods From May 2014 to January 2018, 80 patients of anal fistula operation in our hospital were selected as the subjects, and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group, The patients in the control group were treated with red ointment gauze combined with microwave irradiation, and patients in the observation group were treated with Shengji Chuanyu ointment gauze combined with microwave irradiation. After 14 days of treatment, the wound exudate score, wound pain score, anal function score, wound granulation score and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the wound exudate score, wound pain score, anal function score and wound granula- tion score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. After treatment, the score of percolation of wound, wound pain, anal function and wound granulation were lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group （97.50%） was higher than that of the control group （77.50%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shengji Chuanyu oint- ment combined with microwave irradiation can promote wound healing after anal fistula surgery, and which is worthy of promotion.
