摘要
目的探讨多排螺旋CT(MSCT)与超声诊断在女性盆腔囊性包块中的应用价值。方法选取2017年4月~2018年4月我院临床诊断为盆腔囊性包块80例女性患者作为研究对象,均给予MSCT与超声检测,比较两种检测方法的检测结果。结果 80例盆腔囊性包块患者中,经手术及组织病理确诊后,其包块组织准确率为60.00%、64.44%、58.33%、61.11%,定位准确率对应值为40.00%、57.77%、58.33%、55.56%,敏感度为62.50%;MSCT检测后,患者诊断结果显示对应准确率为80.00%、95.56%、100.00%、94.44%,定位准确率对应值为100.00%、91.11%、83.33%、88.89%,敏感度为95.00%。两种检测方法比较,MSCT准确率鉴别、定位准确率及敏感度均优于超声检测,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对女性盆腔囊性包块患者采取MSCT诊断,其病灶组织鉴别及定位准确情况均优于超声检测,且敏感度高,用于患者病情确诊具有较好的临床价值,值得临床上大力推广。
Objective To explore the clinical value of muhi-row spiral CT (MSCT) and ultrasound in the diagnosis of female pelvic cystic mass. Methods 80 cases of female pelvic cystic mass in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the research subjects. All of them were detected by MSCT and ultrasound, and the results of two detection methods were compared. Results In 80 cases of pelvic cystic mass, the accuracy rate of the tumor tissue after ultrasound was 60%, 64.44%, 58.33% and 61.11% after operation and histopathology. The corresponding value of loca- tion accuracy was 40.00%, 57.77%, 58.33%, 55.56% and the sensitivity was 62.50%. After MSCT detection, the pa- tient diagnosis results showed that the correct rate was 80.00%, 95.56%, 100.00% and 94.44%, the corresponding ac- curacy of location accuracy was 100.00%, 91.11%, 83.33%, 88.89%, and sensitivity was 95.00%. Comparing the data between the two methods, the accuracy and sensitivity of MSCT were better than that in the corresponding values of the ultrasonic detection, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion For female patients with pelvic cystic masses take more row MSCT in the diagnosis, the lesions also is better than that of ultrasonic testing orga- nization to identify and locate accurate rate, and high sensitivity, for patients diagnosed with good clinical value, is worth promoting clinically.
