微课+翻转课堂在高职护理病理切片教学中的成效评价 被引量:9

摘要 目的研究互联网背景下实施微课+翻转课堂在高职护理病理学组织切片教学中的应用效果。方法选取我校2016级高职护理专业4个在校班级共计252人纳入研究,随机抽取2个班共计133人为实验组,2个班共计119人为对照组。实验组采用微课+翻转课堂教学方式,对照组采用传统教学方式。采用问卷调查两组学生对当前实施教学模式的满意度,比较两组学生的实验报告评分成绩。结果实验组学生对教学内容设计、学习形式、学习效果、学习能力提高以及培养团队意识的总满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组学生的实验报告评估成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论互联网背景下实施微课+翻转课堂有助于高职护理病理学组织切片教学和学习效果的提高,值得深入研究和运用。 Objective To study the application effect of microlecture + flipped classroom in the teaching of pathology histology in higher vocational nursing under the background of Internet. Methods A total of 252 students from four classes of nursing specialty in grade 2016 of our college were selected to be included in the study. 133 students from two classes were randomly selected as the experimental group and 119 students from two classes as the control group. The experimental group was given mierolecture + flipped classroom teaching method, while the control group was given traditional teaching method. Questionnaires were used to investigate the satisfaction of students with the current imple- mentation of teaching mode in the two groups, and the score of experimental reports were compared between the two groups. Results The total satisfaction degree of students on teaching content design, learning style, learning effect, im- provement of learning ability and team consciousness cultivation in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group (P〈0.05). The evaluation achievement of the experimental report in the experimental group were sig- nificantly higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The implementation of microlecture and flipped- over classroom under the background of Internet is helpful to improve the teaching and learning effect of nursing pathology histology in higher vocational nursing, and is worthy of further study and application
