多元化护理及关爱服务模式对意外妊娠女性流产后心理和生理状况的影响

Effects of diversified nursing and caring services on post-abortion psychological and physical conditions in unexpected pregnancies

目的探讨对意外妊娠女性流产后采用多元化护理及关爱服务模式,对改善患者生理及心理状况的影响。方法选取2017年8月～2018年2月在鹰潭市妇幼保健院接受人工流产手术的80例意外妊娠女性作为研究对象,采用双盲法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规护理模式干预,观察组在对照组的基础上予以多元化护理及关爱服务模式实施临床干预。比较两组的心理及生理状况。结果两组干预后的焦虑、抑郁症状各项评分均低于干预前,观察组的评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后阴道出血时间短于对照组,术后并发症少于对照组,而避孕知识了解率、及对护理服务的总满意度评价高于对照组,再次意外妊娠率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对意外妊娠女性流产患者采用多元化护理及关爱服务模式干预可有效使其心理和生理状况得到改善。

Objective To explore the role of diversified nursing and care service mode in improving the physiological and psychological status of women with unplanned pregnancy after abortion. Methods From August 2017 to February 2018, 80 pregnant women who underwent artificial abortion in Yingtan Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were selected and double-blind method was randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 eases in each group. In the control group, routine nursing intervention was used after abortion, and the observation group was treated with muhiple nursing and earing service model on the basis of the control group. The psychological and physiological status of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of anxiety and depression symptoms in the two groups were lower than those before the intervention, the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）, the vaginal bleeding time of the observation group was short- er than that of the control group, and the postoperative complications in the observation group was lesser than that in the control group. The contraceptive knowledge understanding rate and total satisfaction evaluation of nursing services were higher than those of the control group, and the rate of unwanted pregnancy was lower than that of the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The intervention of multiple nursing and caring service can effectively improve the psychological and physiological status of female abortion patients with accidental pregnancy.
