胃癌术后早期肠内营养护理中责任制小组的应用分析

Analysis of the responsibility system group in the early postoperative enteral nutrition nursing of gastric cancer

目的探讨责任制小组应用于胃癌术后早期肠内营养(EN)护理中的应用效果。方法从2013年5月～2017年6月在鹰潭市人民医院院接受手术治疗的胃癌患者中选取68例作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为观察组(35例)和参照组(33例)。参照组接受常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上采取责任制小组护理。将两组手术前后的营养情况、术后恢复情况、术后并发症发生率及对护理服务评价情况实施比较。结果观察组术后营养情况优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肠鸣音恢复、排气、排便、进食以及住院时间短于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于参照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的护理服务总满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用责任制小组对术后胃癌患者实施护理,可使肠内营养护理获取更佳的效果,更利于患者术后恢复,护理服务也可获取更高的评价。

Objective To explore the practical effect of the application of the analytical responsibility group in the ear- ly enteral nutrition （EN） nursing after the operation of gastric cancer. Methods From May 2013 to 2 June 2017, under- went surgical treatment in People＇s Hospital of Yingtan City for patients with gastric cancer were selected 68 cases as the research object. They the observation group were randomly divided into the observation group （35 cases） and the control group （33 cases）. The control group was received routine nursing care, the observation group was took responsi- bility group nursing. The nutritional status, postoperative recovery, postoperative complications and nursing service e- valuation were compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results The nutritional status of the observation group was better than that of the reference group （P〈0.05）. The bowel sound recovery, exhaust, defecation, food intake and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the reference group（P〈0.05）. The incidence of postop- erative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group, but the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. The satisfaction of the nursing service in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of responsibility group in postoperative gastric cancer patients can provide better effect of enteral nutrition nursing, which is more conducive to postoperative recovery of patients, and nursing services can also get higher evaluation.
