基于改进Excel-AHP模型下的初始水量分配

摘要 初始水权的水量分配方法主要采用AHP(层次分析法),针对AHP中构造矩阵的计算繁琐问题,结合Excel下改进的层次分析法,旨是在解决AHP法中判断矩阵不一致性问题,可通过调整准则层和方案层目标因子,使其高效通过一致性检验。立足于改进的层次分析法的优点并以哈尔滨市某县为例,在农业、工业、生态行业间进行水量分配,通过改进的层次分析法获得的结果更加精确。 The method of water allocation for initial water rights is AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). To solve the tedious problem of calculation of construction matrices in AHP, this paper combines the improved analytic hierarchy process under Excel (E-Form) in order to solve the judgment matrix in AHP method. The problem of inconsistency can be passed through the consistency check by adjusting the target factors of the criteria level and the program level. Based on the advantages of the improved AHP method and taking Mulan County of Harbin as an example, the water distribution among agriculture, industry, and ecology industries is more accurate under the improved analytic hierarchy process.
