摘要
对变电设备进行科学运行风险评估是提升电力技术监督的重要手段之一。本文基于PMS数据一体化平台,借助数据挖掘手段,分析变电设备运行风险与设备家族性缺陷关联关系,建立了设备运行风险与温度、风速等因素量化关系。在此基础上,建立变电设备运行风险评估模型,开发了变电设备运行风险软件平台,对运行高风险的变电设备进行预警,及时为公司检修、运维、调度人员提供设备运行信息。运行表明,该缺陷预警系统具有工程适用性和实用性。
Scientific risk assessment of substation equipment is one of the important means to improve power technology supervision. Based on the PMS data integration platform, this paper analyzes the relationship between the operational risk of substation equipment and the family defect of equipment by means of data mining, and establishes the quantitative relationship between equipment operation risk and temperature and wind speed. On this basis, the risk assessment model of substation equipment operation is established, and the software platform for the operation risk of substation equipment is developed. The high-risk substation equipment is alerted, and the equipment operation information is provided for the company maintenance, operation and maintenance, and dispatch personnel. The operation shows that the defect warning system has engineering applicability and practicability.
