铁钻工是集紧扣、旋扣、卸扣于一体的自动化、智能化钻机井口设备。可完成钻具的接、卸扣工作;铁钻工是传统液/气大钳的替代设备,能够快速、可靠地完成钻具的上、卸扣等工作。IRN-120型铁钻工主要由工作钳、伸缩臂架、回转底座以及控制系统等组成。具有操作灵活、维护方便、布置紧凑等特点,可用于井口和小鼠洞作业。IRN-120型铁钻工应用将有助于提高钻井作业效率、降低操作人员的劳动强度,提高操作安全性。

Iron Drill is a set of tight buckle, spin buckle, buckle in a whole automation, intelligent drilling rig wellhead equipment. It can complete unloading work of drilling tools. Iron drill is a traditional liquid/gas pliers replacement equipment, quickly and reliably completing the drilling tool on the buckle and other work. The IRN-120 type iron drill is mainly composed of work clamp, telescopic boom, rotary base and control system. It has the characteristics of flexible operation, convenient maintenance and compact layout, and can be used for wellhead and mouse hole operation.
