摘要
根据3D打印控制的集成度、实时性、可靠性以及效率要求,提出并实现了一种基于PC、嵌入式处理器与专用集成电路的FDM打印控制系统。实现了相关的控制结构、高速通信协议、丝温检测与控制。加工测试及实验表明:所实现的打印控制系统能够满足FDM打印加工的工艺要求,加工质量良好,系统集成度高、可靠性好。
To fulfill the requirements on integration, real-time, reliability and efficiency of 3D printing, the control structure, high-speed communication protocol, jet temperature control for FDM (Fused Deposition Manufacturing) were proposed and developed. Then, a PC, embedded processor and self-made ASIC oriented control system for FDM were realized. Series system tests showed that the developed system can meet the technological requirements of FDM printing process with high machining quality, high integrity, and high reliability.
