Summary of Research on Energy Storage in Auxiliary Distribution Network

摘要 随着光伏和风电等分布式能源(distribution generation, DG)的渗透率不断增大,以及各种负荷的出现,对电网的规划与运行产生了很大的影响;随着储能(energy storage system, ESS)的灵活性和相应技术的快速发展,在应对DG和负荷的波动性和不确定性上能够充分发挥其优势,因此,需要在电网中引入储能技术。首先,从扩展规划的角度介绍了储能的经济性配置对电网扩展及延缓升级的影响,其次,简述了储能参与需求侧响应(demand side response, DSR)达到提高系统的稳定性及风光等渗透率的目的,并计及各参与方的收益,然后,分析储能为支撑电网运行参与各种辅助服务并指出可能遇到的难题,最后,探讨了未来储能研究的关键问题。 With the increasing permeability of distribution generation (DG), such as photovoltaic and wind power, and the emergence of various loads, these resource have a great influence on the planning and operation of the power grid. With the flexibility of the energy storage system (energy storage system, ESS) and the rapid development of the corresponding technology, the fluctuation of DG and load is dealt with. It is necessary to introduce energy storage technology in the power grid to give full play to its advantages in terms of uncertainty of DG and load. First, from the perspective of extended planning, this paper introduces the influence of the economic configuration of energy storage on the expansion of power grid and the delay of upgrading. Secondly, it describes the purpose of demand side response (DSR) to improve the stability of the system and the permeability of the photovoltaic and wind power and so on, and to take into account the benefits of each participant, and then analyze the way of the energy storage participating in various ancillary services to support the operation of power grid and it also points out the possible problems. Finally, the key issues of future energy storage research are discussed.
