摘要
本文根据测试性的相关原则对某型舰船中频变流机组进行了测试性设计,重点分析研究了中频变流机组的结构组成、故障模式及其影响。对变流机组进行了测试性层次划分和测试性指标分配,确定了初步的测试信号和测试点,为变流机组测试性设计的后续工作打下基础。
Based on the testability principle, a testability design for a convertor unit is made in this paper, the structure, the failure mode and effects are mainly analyzed and studied. The test hierarchical division and the allocation testability index are determined, the preliminary test signals and test points are a lso confirmed, which lays the foundation for the follow-up work for the testability design of the convertor unit.
