住宅的空气质量与居住者的身体健康息息相关。论文结合外窗设计及住宅设计相关规范的要求,重点围绕部分与建筑设计,室内设计,装饰装修等相关的细节探讨住宅自然通风及外窗开启设计,融入作者作为建筑设计师,开发商设计管理者和个人日常工作生活的经验与体会,提出一些设计要点建议,愿与业内同仁切磋,共同打造更多更好人性化住宅产品。

The air quality of the house is importance to the health of the residents. This paper, based on the requirements of the exterior window design and the relevant codes of the residential design, mainly discusses the related detail of building design, interior design and dec oration, and focuses on the design of the natural ventilation and the opening of outside windows. The pap er writers, in accordance with their experiences and comprehension as architects, development designers, and residents, propose some suggestion, wish to exchange with colleagues in the industry to create more and better humanized housing products.
