城市钢厂产城融合路径方法的思考与实践

通过对我国目前城市钢厂面临的主要问题进行梳理,对环保搬迁和转型发展规划实践案例的总结,提出了3大方面9大维度产城融合路径图,实现城市钢厂除了环保搬迁外,也可以通过一系列系统的、多维度的改造,成为城市发展的有机部分,促进与城市和谐、互融、共进;同时对存在城市钢厂的城市总体规划,从产业和钢厂的角度提出了需求和建议。对我国未来城市钢厂出路选择和升级路径提供了重要的参照。

The paper analyzes the problems of urban steel in China atpresent, summarizes the case of environmental protection relocation and the transformation development, points out the integration method of industry and city from three aspects and nine dimensions, to realizes that urban steel can become an organic part of urban development and realize harmony, integration and progress with the city, through a series of systematic and multidimensional transformations. It provides an important reference for the choice and upgrading path of future urban steel in China, and puts forward the demand and suggestion for the overall urban planning of having urban steel, from the angle of industry and steel mills.
