不同时期的建筑风格、建筑形式以及城市文化艺术成就,都可以通过历史保护建筑反映出来。随着时间的推移,许多历史建筑会出现不同程度的损坏、老化等现象,导致其结构稳定性下降,甚至造成建筑倒塌。因此,对历史保护建筑进行质量鉴定与加固改造具有重要意义。论文从质量鉴定和加固改造两方面对历史保护建筑的维护、管理工作进行了分析,希望能为相关行业提供参考。

The architectural styles, architectural forms and urban cultural and artistic achievements of different periods can be reflected through the protective historical building. With the passage of time, many historical buildings will suffer from various degrees of damage, aging and other phenomena, leading to the decline of structural stability and even the collapse of buildings. Therefore, it is of great significance to evaluate the quality of protective historical buildings and strengthen them. This paper analyzes the maintenance and management of protective historic buildings from two aspects of quality appraisal and reinforcement and transformation, hoping to provide references for relevant industries.
