Construction Organization and Key Technologies of Urban Complex in Complex Environment

由于城市综合体具有较多功能,施工环境复杂,对施工技术要求也比较高,因此,施工单位必须加强施工组织与技术管理,制定科学合理的管理方案,并将其落到实处,以此提高城市综合体建设水平,充分发挥其经济效益与社会效益。论文结合实例,对复杂环境下城市综合体施工组织及关键技术进行了分析。

Because the urban complex has more functions, the construction environment is complex, and the construction technology requirements are relativelyhigh. Therefore, construction units must strengthen construction organization and technology management, formulate scientific and reasonable management plans, and implement them in practice, so as to improve the level of urban complex construction and give full play to its economic and social benefits. This paper analyzes the construction organization and key technologies of urban complex under complex environment combining with examples.
