摘要
阐述了铁路建设项目质量监督程序与框架,分析总结了铁路建设项目质量监督特点,对铁路建设项目质量监督管理凸显问题进行了讨论,并提出了完善质量监督管理的对策,旨在保证工程质量,提高我国铁路建设的水平。
This paper expounds the procedure and framework of quality supervision of railway construction projects, analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of quality supervision of railway constructionprojects, discusses the prominent problems of quality supervision and management of railway construction projects, and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the quality supervision and management, aiming at guaranteeing engineering quality and improving the level of railway construction in China.
