社区卫生服务中心改扩建工程的管理与造价控制

Management and Cost Control of Reconstruction and Extension Project of Community Health Service Centers

随着国家建设健康中国的战略实施,国家卫生和计划生育委员会要求医疗资源下沉、分级诊疗及双向转诊,这就对基层的社区卫生服务中心或卫生院的软硬件建设提出了更高的要求。论文就目前社区卫生服务中心改建或扩建工程实施的准备工作、流程与管理、资金控制与结算等提出了完善的说明,并就进一步改善与提高管理水平给出了明确的建议。最后对利用新兴的技术手段来提高医疗硬件技术服务提出了探索的方向。

With the implementing of the strategy of building healthy China, the national health and family planning commission requires medical resources to be sunk, graded diagnosis and treatment and two-way referral, which puts forward higher requirements for the construction of community health service centers or hospitals at the grassroots level. The paper has given complete introductions on preparements, process and management, capital control and accounting of the reconstruction and expansion projects of the community health service center, and puts forward some specific suggestions for further improvement of the management level. At last, the paper puts forward the direction of exploring new technologies to improve medical hardware technology services.
