波轮洗衣机洗涤节拍设计研究

Research on washing action of the top loading washing machine

本文通过对洗涤节拍中洗涤加速度,洗涤最高速度,洗涤ON、OFF时间这四个因素进行比对测试分析,找到了影响波轮洗衣机洗净比和磨损率的各因子排序,通过对因子的分析,对现有程序进行优化,新方案可以做到洗净提升的基础上磨损更低,对后期产品的洗涤节拍设计提供了参考。

In this paper, the four factors of washing acceleration, washing speed, washing ON and OFF time were compared and analyzed, and the factors affecting the washing performance and wear rate of the washing machine were found. The existing program is optimized, the new scheme can improve the washing performance and reduce the wear rate, provide advices for the washing action design of the later products.
