低压空气制冷系统的结构设计探究

摘要 在低压空气制冷系统设计过程中,由于其结构组成较为复杂,而且要满足指定的制冷要求,具有一定设计难度。本文首先对低压空气制冷系统组成结构进行分析,进而探讨其结构设计方法,包括增压单元设计、换热器设计、电磁节流阀设计、制冷量调整措施等,以期为相关设计活动提供参考,解决低压空气制冷系统设计的重点难点问题。 In the design process of low-pressure air refrigeration system, due to its complex structure and meeting the specified cooling requirements. It is a design difficulty. This paper analyzes the structure of low-pressure air refrigeration system at first, and then discusses its structural design methods. including supercharger unit design, heat exchanger design, electromagnetic throttle valve design, cooling capacity adjustment measures, etc. In order to provide reference for related design activities. To solve the key and difficult problems in the design of low-pressure air refrigeration systems.
