Empirical research on Precision Service for College Students 'Employment

西南政法大学行政法学院本科2012级将分类指导、教练技术等就业指导思想和方法运用到大学生就业精准指导服务工作中,通过组建年级"求职技能提升训练营",并依据学生求职意向、个性特点、择业观的不同,组建不同类型的求职小组,对学生进行分类的就业指导。年级通过"求职技能提升训练营",充分调动学生的能动性,注重训练的针对性,强调求职意愿与学生自身能力的匹配性,为学生提供就业精准服务,取得一定的成效。

Administrative Law School 2012 of The Southwest University of Political Science and Law applied employment guiding ideology and methods such as classified guidance and coaching skills and so on to the works of precise guiding service for college students through establishing ＂Training Camp for Improving Job Skills ＂, and organized different types of job-seeking groups on the basis of students＇ job intentions, personality and characteristics, through which the students were given sorted employment guidance. Grade fully arose students＇ initiative, paid great attention to targeted training and emphasized the matching of students＇ own abilities and their employment intentions through the Camp, which has provided the students with precise service and also has achieved certain results.
