供给侧结构性改革视角下大学生就业能力培养研究

Research on the Cultivation of College Students' Employment Ability from the Perspective of "Supply-side Structural Reform"

大学生是国家人才战略的重要储备资源,是未来经济社会发展的重要动力源泉。本文从供给侧角度入手,运用供给侧结构性改革理论的相关思路来分析大学生就业难这一历史难题,并根据用人单位对招聘人才的素质能力要求,指出大学生就业能力现存的不足之处,据此提出相应培养大学生就业能力的对策,以期切实提高大学生的就业能力,实现毕业生的充分就业,真正化解大学生就业难这一社会问题。

College students are an important reserve resource of the national talent strategy and an important source of impetus for future economic and social development.From the perspective of ＂supply side＂, this paper analyzes the difficult problem of the difficult employment of college students by using the theory of ＂structural reform of supply side＂, and points out the existing shortcomings of the employability of college students according to the requirements for the quality and ability of the employing units for the recruited talents. Accordingly, the relevant training is put forward to improve the college students,in order to effectively enhance the employability of the college students and realize the full employment of the graduates, the social problems of the difficult employment of college students will be truly resolved.
