水疗镇痛分娩及AIDET沟通模式对分娩结局及疼痛控制满意度的影响

Effects of hydrotherapy analgesia delivery and AIDET communication mode on delivery outcome and pain control satisfaction

目的评价水疗镇痛及AIDET沟通模式对分娩结局及疼痛控制满意度的影响。方法纳入45例足月妊娠无剖宫产指征、愿意接受水疗镇痛经阴道分娩产妇为研究组,应用水疗镇痛及AIDET沟通模式;同期选择传统方式导乐陪伴自然分娩的30例产妇为对照组,对比两组分娩结局,分娩疼痛程度以及疼痛控制满意度。结果研究组第一至第三产程及住院时间,均明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）;研究组与对照组两组阴道自然分娩率分别为（93.33%vs 43.33%）、剖宫产率（0%vs 26.67%）差异有统计学意义（P〈0.001）;研究组新生儿1 min、5 min、10 min Apgar评分均高于对照组（P〈0.05）;研究组整个产程VAS评分在各基点均低于对照组（P〈0.05）;研究组与对照组分娩镇痛满意率分别为（100%vs 76.67%）,P〈0.05。结论水疗镇痛分娩及AIDET沟通模式可降低分娩疼痛程度并改善分娩结局。

Objective To investigate the effects of hydrotherapy analgesia delivery and AIDET communication mode on delivery outcome and pain control satisfaction. Methods 45 volunteer patients without cesarean section indications were selected as the study group. The study group received hydrotherapy dysmenorrhea vaginal delivery and AIDET communication. In the same period, 30 cases of parturient accompanied by natural childbirth were selected as the control group. The delivery outcomes, delivery pain and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The birth process and length of stay in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The vaginal delivery rate（93.33% vs 43.33%） and cesarean section rate（0% vs 26.67%） in the study group were higher than those in the control group（P〈0.001）. The Apgar scores of 1 min, 5 min and 10 min in the study group were higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The VAS score in the study group was lower than that in the control group at all basic points（P〈0.05）. The satisfaction rate of labor analgesia in the study group was higher than that in the control group（100% vs 76.67%, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hydrotherapy analgesia delivery and AIDET communication mode can reduce the pain level and improve the delivery outcome.
