基于奥马哈系统理论在人工股骨头置换术患者护理干预的疗效评价

Evaluation of nursing intervention of patients with artificial femoral head replacement based on Omaha system theory

目的探讨应用奥马哈系统理论的持续性护理对人工股骨头置换术后患者的护理疗效。方法选取行人工股骨头置换术患者102例，随机分为对照组和观察组各51例。对照组采用常规骨科护理，观察组则采用奥马哈系统理论指导下的护理措施，比较两组患者在围手术期、出院后疼痛及髋关节功能恢复方面的情况。结果在奥马哈系统理论指导下，观察组患者在疼痛及髋关节功能恢复方面均优于对照组（均P〈0．05）。其中，观察组患者在随访期内疼痛、神经-肌肉-骨骼问题上认知和状况方面均优于对照组（均P〈0．05）。结论奥马哈系统理论下的持续性护理干预对人工股骨头置换术的患者更具有针对性，患者能取得良好的护理疗效，值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing on patients after artificial femoral head re- placement by using the system, theory of Omaha. Methods A total of 102 cases of artificial femoral head replacement were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group received routine orthopedic care, while the observation group received nursing care under the guidance of Omaha system theory. The patients of the two groups were compared in perioperative period and post-discharge pain and hip functional recovery. Results Under the guidance of Omaha system theory, the patients in the observation group Were superior to those of the control group in terms of pain and hip function recovery （P〈0.05）. The observation group was superior to the control group in pain, neuro musculoskeletal cognition and state during follow-up period （P〈0. 05 ）. Condusions The continuous nursing intervention under the Omaha system theory is more pertinent to the patients with artificial femoral head replacement, and the patient can get good nursing effect. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
