市域铁路道岔及岔区轨道结构设计 被引量:4

摘要 道岔是市域铁路必不可少的设备,其构造复杂、零部件多。针对城市轨道交通道岔技术标准相对较低、而干线铁路道岔造价相对较高的情况,结合市域铁路特点,对市域铁路道岔方案进行比选,提出市域铁路正线非地下线地段采用12号可动心轨道岔、地下线地段采用12号固定辙叉道岔的总体方案,并完成这2种道岔的结构设计,可满足直、侧向160km/h和50km/h的过岔速度要求,同时完成市域铁路地下线地段、桥上普通地段和桥上高等减振地段岔区无砟轨道结构设计。 With complicated structure and various types of components, turnout is the indispensible equipment for suburban railway. The current technological standard for turnout in urban rail transit is at a low level, yet the cost of turnout on main lines is relatively high. Aiming at this problem and considering the features of suburban railway, this paper compares several plans for turnout in suburban railway. It then proposes an overall plan suggesting that No.12 movable point turnout to be applied on main line in ground sections and No.12 fixed frog turnout in underground sections. The paper then proposes the structural design for the two types of turnouts which satisfies the speed requirements for passing the turnouts at 160 km/h and 50 km/h in straight direction and lateral direction respectively. The paper finally comes up with the structural design for ballastless track in the turnout regions in underground sections, normal sections on bridge and vibration reduction sections on bridge.
