市域铁路轨道减振方案研究 被引量:8

摘要 为探寻适用于市域铁路的轨道减振技术方案,通过建立车辆-轨道耦合动力分析模型,分析扣件减振和道床减振2类轨道减振措施对市域铁路的适用性。结果表明:行车速度的提高对车辆、轨道动力响应的影响不可忽视,在将城市轨道交通的轨道减振措施沿用到市域铁路时,必须开展适应性分析和差异化设计;当减振扣件的系统刚度取15kN/mm及以上时,可适用于120、160km/h两种速度等级市域铁路线路,满足中等减振要求;对于减振道床,为适应市域铁路120km/h速度等级的运行条件,隔离式减振垫的支承面刚度不应低于0.019N/mm3,而为适应160km/h速度等级的运行条件,隔离式减振垫的支承面刚度不应低于0.025N/mm3;当隔离式减振垫的支承面刚度设置合理时,减振道床可满足市域铁路高等减振的要求。 In order to work out the technical plan for track vibration reduction in suburban railway, this paper analyzed the applicability of fastening vibration reduction and track bed vibration reduction to suburban railway, by establishing dynamics analysis model for train-track coupling. Results show that the increase in running speed has great impact on the dynamic response of vehicle and track. When the track vibration reduction measure in urban rail transit is applied in suburban railway, the adaptability analysis and differentiated design must be carried out. When the system rigidity of vibration reduction fastening is equal to or greater than 15 k N/mm, it can be applied to suburban railway of two speed levels, 120 km/h and 160 km/h respectively, which satisfies the intermediate requirement for vibration reduction. For vibration reduction track bed, in order to meet the operation condition at 120 km/h speed level in suburban railway, the bearing surface rigidity of isolated vibration reduction pad shall not be less than 0.019 N/mm3. On the other hand, in order to meet the operation condition at 160 km/h speed level in suburban railway, the bearing surface rigidity of isolated vibration reduction pad shall not be less than 0.025 N/mm3. With reasonable setting of bearing surface rigidity of isolated vibration reduction pad, the vibration reduction track bed could satisfy the requirements for highlevel vibration reduction in suburban railway.
