随着我国产业结构调整和经济发展进入新常态,全社会运输需求结构发生重大变化,驮背运输将在公铁货物转运中发挥重要作用。介绍驮背运输的定义及我国发展驮背运输的政策环境,概述国外驮背运输的发展现状及特点,结合我国实际情况,对我国铁路发展驮背运输进行可行性分析,并从加快装备研发、改造铁路站场、加大货源吸引力度等方面提出我国发展驮背运输的相关建议。

With the upgrade of Chinese industry structure and the entry of economy into a new normal, significant change has occurred to the transportation demands of the society and piggyback transport plays a very important role in highway/railway transshipment. The definition of piggyback transportation, the Chinese policy environment for piggyback transport development and piggyback transport in foreign countries are introduced. The feasibility of piggyback transport development in China is analyzed based on the actual conditions in China and recommendations proposed in terms of accelerating RD of equipment, upgrading railway station yards, enhancing attractiveness to freight resources, etc.
