摘要
以我国近海地区运营的高铁典型隧道中腐蚀严重的接触网铝合金定位器为研究对象,通过现场环境条件和腐蚀物采样分析、实地调研和数据分析,从宏观形貌、体视学微观形貌、SEM微观形貌、横截面形貌、断面裂纹观察和微区电化学分析等方面分析样件的腐蚀情况。研究得出接触网定位器表面腐蚀与行车方向相关、存在铜铝合金电偶作用加速腐蚀和微裂纹萌生的腐蚀机理,并指出腐蚀积累可能导致定位器构造失效和功能失效的不确定风险及安全隐患,提出预防措施和对策建议。
The aluminum alloy OCS locators which are badly corroded in the offshore HSR tunnels are chosen as the study samples for analysis in regards of macrostructure, stereoscopy microstructure, SEM microstructure, cross-section structure, section crack and microcell electrochemical analysis. It is concluded that the surface corrosion of OCS locator is related with train operation direction, the galvanic action of copper and aluminum will accelerate corrosion and produce cracks, and the accumulated corrosion may lead to locator malfunction and risks and safety hazards. The paper also puts forth measures to cope with the problem.
